That's all that I care about, and that's all that everyone else here cares about. They're using power granted them to be abusive and manipulative. You can say it's pointless or that we all agreed all you want, I don't care. You're arguing these points, why? We all know about EULAs. Doesn't stop them from being manipulative, predatory, and manhandling their customers into spending money they REALLY do not have to be except for some arbitrary limitation they're hoping people don't challenge legally. I had a license years ago and haven't used it in forever. I already don't pay for Drawboard and I never will. I don't plan on getting involved in that way but it doesn't stop me from being ticked off and talking about it. Bad press or government intervention sometimes is the only thing that keeps these abusive practices in check, especially when they're becoming industry wide. Many times that isn't a realistic approach. It sounds good in practice but often just lets bad conduct go unpunished. "Money where your mouth is" is not the answer. I could care less about Drawboard's EULA in this circumstance. A lot of what is in EULAs is not legally enforceable, ESPECIALLY when it's abusive to the customer.
